Overall the chair is wonderful and the assembly was simple, It is not as comfortable or as thick as i expected it to be and i can sometimes feel two of the massage motors beneath my thighs. The heating seems minimal so far and the massages are more like vibrations.. Sima. England. Sat Aug 09 2025
