Worst designed piece of flat-packed furniture I've ever come across. Several dowels didn't line up with their corresponding holes but worst was that half the screws holding the top on are positioned so badly it's impossible to get a screwdriver on them - not even a stubby screwdriver. Item was returned for credit. In Wayfair's defence the refund process was super-slick but I would have preferred the desk was for for purpose. Tallis. Pembroke, GB. Thu Jan 22 2026

I have had dreadful problems with this desk. The first one never arrived and when the next one arrived a month later it had been so appallingly packed that the top was damaged. Advised Wayfair last Saturday and they promised a new desk top this week and guess what no delivery! Have been waiting an extortionate amount of time on the telephone to speak to someone! This was ordered on the 2 April!. Anonymous. Fri May 09 2025

The table top is beautiful, but the legs and understructure are flimsy and hardly stay in place. Pity, really. Two of my screws didn't make it into the wood at all, not even when I got out the power drill.... Anonymous. Thu Dec 01 2022
