Excellent bookcase for the money. Obviously not as sturdy as a solid wood bookcase, so be careful when assembling. But definitely good enough for the price. Poorly done. Got to step 2 and the drill holes missing. Ordered new parts to complete step 2 and the pieces came with drill holes missing for a future step. Step 3, part 6 the holes werent in the right place so the two pieces wouldn’t fit together. The instructions for this item were excellent. Each piece was clearly labelled. It is also sturdy and robust so I am generally happy with my purchase. The ‘veneer’ used to make it look like wood needs to be carefully looked after though. I tried to peel of one of the stickers which identified which piece it was for construction and it peels the ‘veneer’ off like tissue paper. Is it worth the price, I think it should less.
