The paint is already chipping of the top and bottom. I got mines discounted because I can’t wait for the parts and I am not about to sit here and wait for an escalation team to discount my faith after I don’t spent a gang of money ordering a ton of furniture. On the down side, a few of the pieces didn't quite fit together. The slots for the fiberboard back and one of the drawers weren't deep enough so I have to clean them out with a hand saw. If you have a hand saw, this is not a big deal. However, if you don't have tools, I'm not sure what you would do. Maybe use a steak knife or just return it? It's a nice desk, striking design.
