Was delivered in parts so had to wait an extra couple of days before I could put it together. Instructions were missing but after contacting support they were supplied within 24hrs easy to assemble. This is a well-made sturdy chair... It's a little greener than expected by still goes well with our décor. I originally bought this for my mother but it's a little too wide/spacious for her, however the cushion that it comes with is padded well and is comfortable.
