Absolutely delighted with my headboard. Finishes the room perfectly. It is very sturdy and free stands behind the bed, though there are slits to fix it to the bed if you want. It is a dark grey, but looks a little lighter in places due to the pile.. Anonymous. Littlehampton, GB. Tue Jun 16 2020

The delivery experience was abysmal, but the product is okay. It is not deeply upholstered, barely enough to produce the effect in the picture. The item is hollow, which makes it easy to lift and fit, but doesn't instill a sense of quality, particularly at the price. The brackets are decent, and easy to fit, but as always, the supplied screws were discarded and I used upgraded items. Awful experience with Wayfair and their policy of no compensation and their inability to chase the item either. Took over a month for me to receive the item. The product just about fulfils the description. If I had been inclined to go through even more hassle, I'd have returned the item an bought elsewhere, notably the jungle website or the auction website, and saved an awful lot of the percentage of the price in the process.. Grey king size headboard was delivered to the wrong address (wrong street) by DHL but the lady at that address kindly brought it to my house. It was well packaged but when I removed the plastic covering it had a stain/mark on it which obviously happened before it was wrapped up…I had waited nearly 3 weeks on this item so didn’t want to return it as I would have had another long wait & might have had the same problems. The item cost £128.99 in Wayfair’s sale & they offered me £19.34 as a reduction for the headboard being marked & they suggested I used warm soapy water on it…I have organic stain removal spray which I used twice on the mark & it’s not as noticeable. I feel £19.34 is a bit low to be offered considering it was delivered to the wrong address & the item had a noticeable mark on it but accepted as if I had refused then I might have got no discount. I do really like the headboard but wasn’t impressed with DHL delivering it to the wrong address & as this item was brand new was unhappy to find it came with a mark on it which was very noticeable. I’m a bit reserved to use Wayfair in the future.. Maggie. Livingston, GB. Wed Aug 05 2026
