The bed is lovely and assembly relatively easy - would have given 5 stars but the slats don't come automatically, you have to order them separately which seems weird. The actual slats are great but the assembly is pretty painful. Instructions are mediocre and we'd put several of the slats together before we realised that they had to be threaded into the fabric runner so we had to start again. Overall assembly took about 2 hours. Finished product is very good though.. Pat. Tue Nov 25 2025

Alles bestens also. :). Henrike. Berlin, DE. This bed is a piece of furniture with a modern and light design, which definitely stands out from other wooden beds. This bed has a unique, "broken" headrest, which in combination with supporting brackets creates a very interesting and practical form in use. These properties in combination with the specific shape of the legs make this piece of furniture look very dynamic and will surely appeal to people who like a modern style. Like other furniture from this series, this bed was designed by designer Julia Kononenko. Despite the mentioned "lightness", this bed is an extremely solid piece of furniture. The sideboards and most of the construction elements are as thick as 4 cm! This ensures trouble-free use for many years. Like all Corrigan Studio beds, the solidly twisted bed has no right to creak or sound in any situation. They took care of it by designing special fastenings that connect individual elements of the furniture with each other. This bed frame for the bedroom is made of solid pine combined with the so-called "micro trailers". Such a solution ensures that there are no knots or wood blemishes on the outside of the furniture. Individual elements of the furniture are connected with each other by means of thick metal screws. This furniture can be repeatedly unscrewed and screwed. No boards or laminates are used in the production of Scandia furniture! These products are made entirely of wood!

This is a very good bed made from beautiful beech and sleeping in the bed is an absolute delight. So why four stars - well the beautiful headboard is about 10-15cm too small for modern mattresses as seen in the photo with 15 tog quilt and a firmer memory foam mattress so you can’t really see the beautiful beech headboard. John. London, GB. Mon Aug 24 2020
