This is a very well made Wardrobe and is a very nice piece of furniture. All the pieces fitted together perfectly. The only thing that spoild it was the stick on doorshut proctors. VERY let down this product... Firstly the door with the mirror on it was shattered leaving broken pieces of glass everywhere in the box. Secondly, to make things worse some of the pieces of the wood panels were chipped and cracked. Seems like it is very cheap wood. Thirdly, none of the pieces or screws are labelled. You just get given a large bag of mixed up screws. Furthermore, the product does not come with any instructions. I would avoid this product at all costs as it will just cause you a headache. Not quite sure what the manufacturers are playing at with this one. I hope WayFair can feed this review back to the manufacturers for feedback, or just take down this listing outright ! Website is wrong, black is labelled as grey, and grey is labelled as black... I ordered black and a grey wardrobe arrived... but... it was also mismatched, I had some grey pieces and some black pieces, so even if I did give in and keep the grey one it would be a mixture of the grey and black wardrobe which is just ridiculous... Missing parts, some elements of the wardrobe have no pre-made drill holes meaning you are manually measuring and placing holes rather then there being a pre-made hole that you just screw into. For the average person expecting a simple flatpack this is not the case and would prove challenging to build... Last thing, the instructions just show all of the parts with no step by step of how to configure, it just shows all pieces and essentially prompts you to "just put it together". (No parts are labelled with numbers) If they sent the correct wardrobe, the instructions were better and all elements had pre-made drill holes I would say it would be an okay wardrobe, but without this it is really poor for the amount paid.. Wardrobe turned up damaged after being delivered in damaged boxes and no instructions. Have to now wait 1-2 days for instructions to be emailed so I can then order new pieces so I can build my wardrobe. I’m 7 months pregnant and is a hassle I don’t need. Cleared my bedroom ready for the build and now having to wait due to Wayfair customer services not being all that helpful. I’ve bought from here before and never had a problem but this time round I’m extremely disappointed! Product looks good based on undamaged pieces but couldn’t say otherwise. Anonymous.
