Whilst I like Wayfair and will probably continue to shop, I am most disappointed with the non delivery of the above on 1st August. I received no notification as to when the item would come and aftet noticing it had been delayed had to go to your chat line to get further information. Was then informed would get it around 10th August, which was not suitable for me, so I reluctantly cancelled the order. I purchased this chair in green. The chair is comfortable and sturdy and looks attractive in my conservatory. I have deducted one star as it took two practised flat pack builders far too long to put it together owing to the screw holes being covered by the upholstery material and not quite in alignment.. Jo.
