If I could give it 0 stars I would. Measurements shown for the full sofa wasn’t untill we ordered it said it was for the right seat! (Why sell half a sofa!) couldn’t stop the order so had to wait for it to be delivered to then send it back. That’s where the problem started. Evri left me waiting in all day with a time slot of 8am - 8 pm. No confirmation. Wayfair wasn’t any help. Had a very patronising Person or ai on the “help” chat. Had to try contact evri. Wasn’t untill the 4th complaint for Wayfair and evri that it got collected by evri after Wayfair changed it to dhl and then didn’t cancel dhl coming to collect something that had already gone.
