This chair is a big improvement from what I was using before - back support, arm rests, head rest, leather cushions and it's really comfy! I work 10+ hours a day so it's really what I need! Assembly took a while (the instructions are really simple) but with the help of a second pair of hands we managed to get all the screws in place and get it up right. Arrived quite quickly. The tilt does not work. The lift handle is loose. The back rest lifts up and down, but the screw to keep it in place doesn't tighten. These three parts come as already assembled, so I don't think it is linked to me putting the sit together. It looks like its made from cheap plastic. The only thing that works is that it goes up and down. You only realise that once you have taken an hour assembling it, and need to take another hour to disassemble.
