Wayfair communication was excellent.. from my phone call to keeping me updated when delivery was scheduled for. Even the delivery guys were very helpful indeed. The sofa fits our space in the living room. Seating slightly hard but expect through time with people sitting on the cushions it will be reduced somewhat. Regards the Sofa bed, it’s made up ready with sheet & duvet in place ready to use in the next couple of days. So fingers crossed is will be comfortable. Though I do envisage having to buy a mattress topper. The Beige linen blend does look good but we’ve taken the precaution of using sofa covers because the dog likes it too! Seems to be his new bed!. And that's easy too, thanks to the sturdy mechanism!

Great couch but it is awful to put together. Need at least 2 people to build it and lift the couch into the arm pieces. You basically only need to add the wheels and these pieces but they are impossible to add on. We had to have one person pushing the arm rest and one person lifting the couch up and down and up and down and up and down. It was like a full workout.. Anonymous. Thu Sep 03 2026

The Aryel Sofa Bed has been produced to the highest standards for your safety and comfort.

Product was good despite the lighter colour than expected, but I had my issue regarding the deliveryshipping. I paid extra to have this set up, but when the people came to set it up, half an hour later we realised the bed that was meant to be attached wasn’t properly secured. We called the delivery people, and they said theyll come after 2 more orders but they never came or ended up calling. We had to fix it ourselves, even though we paid for the installation.. Anonymous. This sofa is worth the money. It is great how you can turn it into a sofa bed and turn it into like a lounger chair. It is hardish to sit on but may soften over time. One draw is not fully lined up but that may be builder error.. Anonymous. Sat Aug 01 2026
