The chair looks really nice and is comfortable. It’s a soft leathery feel, not cold. The padding is nice and looks good. The back doesn’t adjust to become higher/lower but is a good size for me - I’m about 5ft 5 and my neck rests against the top of the chair which is quite comfortable. The lumbar massage feels really nice, my old chair caused a bit of backache and this really helped. It was a nightmare to put together though! Definitely requires two people. It’s only a few pieces but it was really hard to get the screws to catch! The USB cable has to be plugged in to work (rather than charging a battery) and the cable isn’t very long but there’s a pocket on the back so you could potentially plug it into a battery pack and tuck it in the pocket on the back of the chair..
