the headrest at the top of the chair needs more padding when in or close to the upright position. The existing headrest padding starts to low causing discomfort across the sholder blades. the picture of the chair on the webpage does not show the wiring for the heat pads & vibrating pads for the seat nor the foot stool. It is necessary to scrol down several pages to find they are included. An email to the supplier was not sympathetic (case of buyer beware I suppose). Ian. Epsom, GB. Wed Dec 04 2019

Love this chair. So comfortable. Was a bit of a nightmare putting it together as photos were in black white and impossible to see. I took it apart a few times and started again. Ended up with 2 bolts left so left it overnight to think about it. Clear head and I realised where they should have went. Once I got it sorted I was so pleased with it.A great l. Brenda. Lisburn, GB. Beautiful look and feel to the fabric, very hard wearing. Mechanism is very stiff to operate at first and there is a knack to it, can be quite difficult at first. Really comfortable to relax in, for a shorter person, under 5 ft, in the upright position it seems a few inches off the floor. I purchases a pair and they look magnificent in the living room, great for watching tv and lounging. Delivery on time as expected by an extremely helpful team.. Linda. Frome, GB. Sat Mar 16 2024
