I like the desk, its a good size for my needs, it looks okay and it's sturdy. The desk arrived fast, quicker than originally stated, so that's good service. Assembly was easy with clear instructions and no shortages of parts. One negative point is that the many black 5x50 hex screws used to hold everything together are very conspicuous (a bit ugly) but they weren't at all visible on the website pics (photoshopped?). The Lacey 440 desk features a high-quality design, a matt-lacquered surface, and angular side walls, all of which combine to make the desk a real eye-catcher in any room. The upper panel with a recessed, super-white glass panel, and the three drawers, also with super-white glass panels, complement each other perfectly. All of the corners are rounded. The desk is fitted with a full drawer extension and push-to-open mechanisms and the containers can be mounted on either the left or right side.

I bought this desk to add to the spare room in our flat so that I finally have a proper work space, and it does the job very well. It wasn't hard to put together (took about 40 minutes on my own) and feels nice and sturdy, and crucially has enough depth to fit my laptop, second screen, keyboard and mouse comfortably. For the money I couldn't really ask for any qualities it doesn't have, and the fact it doesn't have drawers or shelves under it mean I have plenty of room for my legs and can sit comfortably for a long time.
