I like it but I hate that the zipper shows in the back. They should move it to a diff location.. Ivory. Lorton, VA. Thu Feb 15 2024

Ergonomic design: Curved backrest with lumbar support provides tailored support for your back. Synchro-tilt allows the chair to be reclined up to 130°. Seat height adjustable.

I’ve given this 4 stars as a part was damaged on arrival. However, it wasn’t a significant part so I didn’t complain. I was happy to receive the chair a week earlier than expected, though I still had to wait 2 weeks but given there must be lots of homeworkers wanting chairs due to covid, I didn’t mind. The instructions were pretty basic with no writing at all, just pictures, but I managed to figure it all and assemble on my own. There were no instructions for the levers in that to raise the seat level, you have to stand up first. The backrest moves backwards when you move the lever but doesn’t lock into position. It’s pretty pointless in that you have to maintain a physical push backwards in order to keep it back.. Paula Pickard. Glen Parva Leicester, GB. Fri Mar 05 2021

I would have loved to have given this five stars but like a lot of other people it arrived with some damage and not from the shipping container. One of the legs had a pretty bad series of scratches to it but I elected to keep it- like everyone else does. This was a really beautiful chair and very well built. Assembled in under five minutes too.. Karin. MI. Tue Feb 07 2023
