Really disappointed. The delivery box showed no signs of damage, however, the desk pieces are bumped and chipped, the overall finish is also very rough. One corner of the desk is particularly bad and the other corner shows a white lump which looks like a repair has been attempted. Poor quality and should never have been despatched. Jaclyn Mackinnon. Total waste of time as the assembly instructions were useless, they sent a wrong part, the customer service was worse than dealing with a bot. Sent it back, all I got for my money (they kept 4.99 for return fee even though all their fault) was hours of hassle followed by 2 hours trying to get sense out of customer nonservice know nothing. Arranged pickup day and they didn't even manage that but came day early, good thing I had it packed (half hour job!). TOTAL RUBBISH !!!!. Anonymous. Thu Jun 19 2025

This is the perfect size for my apartment. I needed this to add another 32 inch monitor and real estate. 5 stars for the design. But! I will have to write a couple of negatives as far as putting this together. Do not follow the instructions as far as screwing things together at once! Leave everything unscrewed and not tight to make sure everything is in place. I found myself unscrewing the frame and legs due to misalignment. Trust I’m saving you the hassle! The second negative is that one of the brackets were badly manufactured and holes did not align at all. I ended up not using 2 brackets Now if you followed my instructions with tightening then you would find yourself aligning the legs. Make sure the frame is not tightened or the legs that intersect will not line up. If you don’t tighten the legs at the intersection this table would be too unstable and would compromise its integrity. I tested this. Ultimately, I absolutely love this desk. Even with all its issues it’s not enough to mark it down any stars for its design although, Quality checks are needed!. Earl. Torrance, CA. Sun Jan 12 2025

This desk will be right for you if you work from home or like to spend your free time at the PC.

Worst designed piece of flat-packed furniture I've ever come across. Several dowels didn't line up with their corresponding holes but worst was that half the screws holding the top on are positioned so badly it's impossible to get a screwdriver on them - not even a stubby screwdriver. Item was returned for credit. In Wayfair's defence the refund process was super-slick but I would have preferred the desk was for for purpose. Tallis. Pembroke, GB. Thu Jan 22 2026
