Screws wouldn’t go in as cross threaded at manufacture. Spoke to ‘several’ customer services and was eventually told I was given a partial refund - to 11 days later get an email saying they were sending the parts, without knowing the exact parts. Asked to speak to someone and no contact made and ‘chat’ deleted AVOID
