Backyard Discovery Palisade Wooden Outdoor Garden Bar with Powerport 2.7m x 1.8m (10ft x 6ft)

It’s a well designed, easy to assemble bar that has transformed our pool area. We’re already planning on adding the gazebo next year.

Well designed and constructed bar. FOLLOW the directions, particularly with the squaring, and you will be Golden! I suggest you use the wood blocks included in the packaging for assembly. Came in really handy when trying to get a section in place.

Beautiful bar. Came within a week, scheduled build ten days later. Great big thanks to Paul for doing a great job. Now to finish the rest of backyard. Quality wood, sturdy, solid and hardware is top notch.

I finally got around to erecting the Palisade Bar after having it in the yard for a month. A lot of the time was consumed creating and curing a concrete pad. The Outdoor Bar is as as nice in front of me as it is in the photos. The directions were relatively easy to follow though I altered the order for step for physical convenience. . I erected the back posts. Brace and panels then tilted them into place.i screws a 2x4 to the house wall, added 2 arms that allowed me to clamp the back panel vertically. It was good opportunity to level the rear posts. Then I installed the side braces before constructing the front post and panel a tilting that into place. I loosely bolted all corners which enabled leveling. Then I constructed the 2 roof sections. Rather than adding the metal roofing, (my wife and I are 73) lifted and slid a roof section into place. With mallet and block of wood we were able to align the screw holes. Then I added the metal roofing Maybe your guys can construct the bar in 6 hours, I took me 2 days. I didn’t encounter any hiccups until installing front inside counter. With the front panel in place, the inside counter cannot be placed deep enough to allow 4 bolts. The 2 outside bracket holes on both sides hang outside the front. Only 2 bolts on each side can be used to secure the counter. I centered and drilled a 3rd hole between the 2 good ones to add a 3rd bolt. I used Cabot Australian Oil, Honey Teak for the sealant. I’ll a Did a second coat come September.
