This is a great addition to our home. Very sturdy and well made. It took a while to put together, but well worth the many hours. One thing I wish this came with is gutters. We bought gutters and added it. A great addition.

Communication, delivery, quality, were all spot on. All pieces were accounted for as well. I’ve not had a chance to assemble as I’m going to take my time. There are many parts and steps but the instructions seem straightforward. Several of the pieces are bowed and I’m hopeful that doesn’t cause problems. UPDATE: After putting this beast together, I would recommend paying for assembly. While the instructions were very good and easy to follow, there are sooooo many steps and pieces. Also, if you don’t have a very large workspace it will be even more challenging. We have the 12 x 16 and when it came to the roof panels, I’d suggest 4 strong people. We had 3 and it was quite a struggle though manageable. My only concern is there are no gutter options, which are definitely needed. Still 5 stars as it’s built very well and hopefully should provide many years of enjoyment.

Don’t know abt the gazebo yet. Along with the gazebo I also paid for installation services . It’s been three weeks and my project is still incomplete . Very disappointed with the service. And very bad customer service . They keep passing the buck

Very sturdy, beautiful pavilion. Took three days to build with 2-3 people working on it. Assembling the roof was the most difficult part. The roof is built in 4 parts (each side) on the ground before placing it on top of the frame. That is the part where I highly recommend having at least 3 strong people available to help. It was a labor intensive job and we are all sore after a long weekend, but the final product made it all worth it.

Insane to install. Drilled holes did not match up to install. Hundreds and hundreds of screws to try to align. Pick a different gazebo :(
