Belvedere Solid Wood Outdoor Bench

Love this - it looks just right and is nice and solid - great value

Terrible service . After a few weeks we received two boxes at different times full of many parts of wood ( like a jigsaw puzzle ) with no instructions and no nuts , bolts or washers to construct these . Tried to contact Wayfair but could only get a “ chat service” to report a faulty product . We were then promised delivery of the missing parts but nothing has arrived after a few weeks and so we are left with two boxes of unusable parts and no outdoor bench to sit on , as the summer passes by . Very frustrating. Waste of money , time and stress inducing when should have been an enjoyable purchase .

Lovely looking seats easy to put together.

Lovely seat, good quality and looks great

Although this looks very nice now it is assembled, it took a lot more effort to put together than it should have (2 people x 2 hours). Some of the holes were very slightly too small for the bolts to slide through, and I even needed to drill one of them out to make the final piece fit. The whole assembly isn’t finished very well, we both got a couple of splinters because there are so many rough edges which we will need to sand down, and we needed to tighten the screws on 3 of the seating slats as they were very loose. This manages to squeak a 3 stars as it looks nice and feels sturdy.
