Solid Wood Pine Outdoor Bench

It’s sturdy. Not that easy to assemble as I had to find a man with a drill but once assembled beautiful

Delivery was poor company said they had phoned a number of times ( not true) sent a letter (2nd class) to phone to arrange delivery. When I phoned I waited 22 minutes for the phone to be answered . After two rings the same banal message was repeated. The bench was delivered missing a brace . Same frustration to request the brace. It came 4 working days later and I got a massive splinter when the delivery man passed it to me. The bench itself is lovely and was a good price but the company who made it have no idea of customer care .

(1). legs have no dowels, (2).top has no holes for non existant dowels, (3) legs to thick to fit into top (used hammer) 4. One leg has large split (used lots of wood filler) and wood warped. And enclosures not right according to instructions. Feel we should have a discount!

Really heavy! A sturdy bench that's easy to put together. Finish on the seat not brilliant, we're going to sand it off where it needs it to stop it catching. Looks great thought.

Assembly instructions should be included. It should be straightforward but with 16 screws (2 different kinds) and only 8 holes, a lot left to the imagination. Oh, and despite being “in stock”, it took over a month to arrive.
