NeoDirect 5 - Burner Free Standing Natural Gas 80 BTU Grill with Side Burner and Cabinet

I cannot review this product yet because we've not yet been able to try it out, despite receiving it more than a month ago. First, we were given a delivery date that came and went...and when I called about it, learned there had been an error and it had never been dispatched. Second, when it did arrive it was slightly damaged (bent in several places with paint scraped off) and it was a beast to assemble with very unclear instructions in several places. Finally and most frustratingly, we thought we were purchasing a grill that could be connected to a natural gas line, which we had run outside to a patio after a major kitchen renovation. It took a while to get a plumber to come to do this. When he arrived he said this was not the right sort of grill to connect to the natural gas line to and that we needed to purchase propane tanks for it. This came as a shock given the way Wayfair describes this grill. It specifically claims to be a NG grill and makes zero mention of requiring propane tanks anywhere in the product specs. And, because it was such a beast to assemble, we are not inclined to deal with returning it and trying to find a "natural gas grill" that would be compatible with the NG line we have available. Despite poor descriptions and inadequate packing, we are planning to keep this grill for now to avoid further delays to our ability to enjoy grilling THIS summer. But we probably won't make further purchases from Wayfair as we have lost faith in the company over this one. Hopefully it will prove to be a good purchase in the end.
