Cubby Playhouse

All children love their own den and the Cubby is always a winner. A favorite design for a playhouse, the Cubby comes complete with two opening windows and a single door with a full-length piano hinge for added safety. Decorative, antique-style fake hinges are also fitted together with a cute daisy design door handle. With regular timber preservative, the Cubby will provide years of enjoyment. Wall panels are made from planed 12 mm shiplap timber boards on sturdy 34 mm square framing and supplied in a honey brown timber basecoat ready for your own choice of top coat colour. The roof is constructed from solid board (OSB) for ease of installation and the floor is T&G. The Cubby comes complete with a fixing kit, roof felt, and installation instructions. The playhouse is tested to BS EN 71 (CE) the European safety standard for toys and all timber is high grade FSC approved. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base that is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil, or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
