I gave it a 4 because the poles aren't numbered, so I had to measure them against the instructions, not a strees to me as I've put these up plentynof times, also the pump seemed small for the size pool, with filters that I've never seen off the shelf. Came with a hole in it didnt realise till it was full offered a 15% discount tried to fix it couldn't fix it so tried to get a replacement liner they dont do them i got rid of the box when it all looked ok after unboxing return was the only option I had no way to send it back so lost out massively.
