Initially had an issue with getting heater to start, realized that it was due to the water level needing to be a lot higher than max line. Once levels of water was right hot tub ran smoothly, then after a few days of use using it with no problem in the hot weather the water temp reached 43 so just had to follow the steps to fix it. After the first day of setting up as we are in the middle of a good spell of weather the difference in the pool was noticeable, could get in easily without having to ease yourself in to adapt. Don’t have a pool thermometer to give an accurate change in temperature, don’t expect miracles from it, it’s not going to make it like a bath. But it’s nice to get in after a hot day at work, But has certainly made the use of the pool go up with the kids ( and adults) Only have the one unit at the moment but will most likely look to get a second at some stage..
