Unhelpful first customer service representative who through frustration had me in tears over the flippant attitude to their mistake referring me to their terms & conditions as an online shop. Their mistake but left me the hassle and inconvenience to rectify.. The second representative was in fact lovely but I don't recommend Wayfair. This set also includes 3 extra ottoman seats, which increase the seating available for nine. The set is made with powder-coated metal frames and is woven in weather-resistant PE rattan. The rectangular dining table features an attractive plywood plank tabletop with wood grain detailing. This furniture is supplied by KD for easy home assembly. The furniture includes all seats and back cushions which are coated with a water repellent to help prevent cushions from getting soaked in a sudden downpour. Cushions should, however, be removed when not in use to prevent watermarking and also to protect the fabric from damaging UV light. It is recommended that cushions are stored away in a suitable watertight cushion box during the summer months and during the winter cushions should be stored indoors in a warm dry place.
