I ordered this in the heatwave so typically it is now covered up as it’s raining hard. The cover was supplied but I didn’t see that in the description at all so bought one which I will return. I did pay for it to be assembled and the delivery men did a good and quick job putting it together. As another review says there was just one arm to fix on and a bit of securing on the base I think. The spacious seats and the 10 cm thick seat cushions will allow you to sit comfortably for hours. The cushions are covered with gentle and soft polyester which is not only comfortable but also very resistant and durable. Polyrattan is weather resistant and known for its longevity without needing a lot of maintenance. The reinforced and powder coated aluminium frame that holds the 17 Stories together is also a perfect complement to polyrattan as they are both strong durable and lightweight materials that are easy to move. The cushion covers from the 17 Stories have a density of 270g/m². This makes them weather resistant and ideal for outdoor use as the covers are removable and machine washable. The glass top of the coffee table is 5mm thick tempered glass which is 5 times more resistant than traditional glass.

I ordered this set, can't tell you what it's like as got sent a completely different set. Unhelpful first customer service representative who through frustration had me in tears over the flippant attitude to their mistake referring me to their terms & conditions as an online shop. Their mistake but left me the hassle and inconvenience to rectify.. The second representative was in fact lovely but I don't recommend Wayfair. This patio set is very nice happy with the quality and the colour, the only thing I have to question is the fixing of the glass on top of the table it doesn’t secure very well and slides around it does worry me the suction on the fixings isn’t great. The rectangular dining table features an attractive plywood plank tabletop with wood grain detailing. This furniture is supplied by KD for easy home assembly. The furniture includes all seats and back cushions which are coated with a water repellent to help prevent cushions from getting soaked in a sudden downpour. Cushions should, however, be removed when not in use to prevent watermarking and also to protect the fabric from damaging UV light. It is recommended that cushions are stored away in a suitable watertight cushion box during the summer months and during the winter cushions should be stored indoors in a warm dry place.
