Product shipping was disappointing as I arranged for delivery for my day off and then it got cancelled and moved to the following Monday. Only 2 boxes turned up and the 3rd over a week later. After building the BBQ this week I find that it is dented in two places which is not good as one is in the front by the controls and for everyone to see the other is inside the cooking area which luckily is not seen. All in all disappointed that it must of left the warehouse/factory like this as the two areas were well packed and protected and the boxes were not damaged.. Steve. Cuxton Rochester, GB. Was easy enough to put together, and I am looking forward to eventually using it, however, very important items are not included which means trying to find them at a (not open) store delays getting out in the sun and BBQing. How can the regulators and hoses to hook up with a propane tank not be included as a part? Have never purchased a BBQ from a store and not had the all important specific bits required.. Claire.
