I've had this for a couple of years now and we still love it. It's outdoors year round in the Pacific Northwest and is holding up very well. I did buy a metal lid separately to protect the fire pit from all the pine needles. I do cover it with the included cover when it's not in use. The fire pit has held up very very well. I got the fire pit that is setup for natural gas. I had a line installed under my deck when I replaced my deck. So no need to have a tank to hide or worry about running out of propane. It does the job for the money I paid there was some hardware missing from the first box after speaking via chat I was offered another box or a reduction I opted for another box so I could take out what was missing and return the rest rather than trying to source missing parts. It Was a bit of a palaver and I was wishing I took the reduction at one stage but 1010 5 stars to the Wayfair staff who were very helpful and turned around what could have been a complaint into a positive experience.
