The bench can comfortably accommodate up to three people. Under the seat, an integrated storage box offers space for storing seating pads, outdoor cushions, or other garden accessories. The Pistache Wooden Storage Bench is made of weather-resistant acacia, which is sturdy and similar to teak wood. The surface of the Pistache Wooden Storage Bench is oiled in a dark colour (the bench looks darker in the picture). The wood used does not need any special care. It is recommended to treat the bench occasionally with commercially available hardwood oil to maintain the original rich hue. Otherwise, in the course of time, the Pistache Wooden Storage Bench will gain a greyish patina, which is often appreciated by connoisseurs.

Garden bench is very attractive shape and seems comfortable and sturdy. Would have given it 5 stars but the wood did have a lot of green spots which spoiled the look a little bit. Hoping they will become less obvious with weathering.. Lynn. Newcastle Upon Tyne, GB. Fri Jul 24 2026

With its Eastern influence, the Rowlinson Jaipur Arbour will make a stunning edition to any garden that will quickly become a favourite spot to sit and enjoy.

Wood is green in a lot of places so clearly been stored in a damp place before delivery. Most of the screws were rusty too. You’re stuffed if you don’t have a drill because no holes are pre drilled so you have to drill the holes to fix it together. To be fair I suppose once finally finished then it’s nice too look at and comfortable to sit on. Will need to be painted at some point I think though. Was delivered within a few days.. Helena. I bought this arbour to replace my old one, which had rotted due to the difficulty of repainting all the fiddly bits. This one looks really good and was very easy to paint I altered the layout when assembling so that the side panels had the smooth sides facing out so that the rain would run off easier instead of sitting on the little ledges, and it was easier to paint. The only downside with the quality was that there were a few places where the nails had come through or missed the struts when the arbour was made at the factory and one or two splinters, and bad nail gunning. I painted all the parts prior to assembling (and after) which made it easier to get into all the little splinters and rough bits, and also there could have been a few edging strips to hide and protect the edges where back and front panels met, and the diamond at the back could have done with a decorative strip to hide the nails. HOWEVER Overall for the money it is good value. I am making a couple of ledges for the side windows to hold a cup and it will also hide/protect the edges of the panels.. Vivienne.
