With a wide-glazed double door and two non-opening front wall windows, Dallas is a practical summer house because it gives a nicely lit room where you can place furniture and storage shelves to your own liking. The house set includes wall details, roof beams/boards, and moldings, but also opening fittings and hardware (screws/nails, etc). The house set has no floor included but it can be purchased if needed. Roofing felt is included but roof shingles are also available.

This has been a great purchase and I am very proud of it. The promotional pages on your website showed roof shingles but nowhere stated they were an additional £300 purchase. The timber comes from Estonia untreated and I would recommend a programme of preservative treatment before considering the build. Mine took a week in the garage to cost the wood to satisfaction of surviving a Scottish winter. The high quality pressure treated Floor Joists give the summerhouse a solid and sturdy feel.
