My friend wanted a sturdy screen to put on his small balcony so that he can grow plants up it and provide some privacy from the flats opposite. The panel’s looked smaller and thinner than the pictures I wanted them to border a front garden area but they didn’t look good enough or tall enough so items were sent back although I wasn’t happy about having to pay £20 to return the items wayfair should be offering free returns as a standard to give buyers more confidence as your buying from a website when you haven’t had chance to see the items in person. The product is high quality and I am sure it will last a long time. The problem is in the description of the item. Firstly it does not tell you it is a flat pack kit of over 50 parts that takes a while to put together and would daunt an amateur DIY'er or a single parent with more than 2 thumbs. The second issue with the description is that it states that it is 180x180CM and contains three panels. NB That is not three panels of 180x180 but rather 1 panel of 180x180 that contains three segments.
