Adding an awning attached to your home creates more shade, and might even cover an existing patio or deck. This modern structure has a louvered metal roof. The unique louvered roof design allows you to control the amount of sun or shade you receive. Open both sides of the louvered roof for full sun exposure, close both sides to provide full shade, or do a mix- the possibilities are endless. The illustrated step-by-step instruction will guide you through every step of the installation process. The Louvered Room is a multi-functional product that will add a sophisticated and modern look to your outdoor space. Cozy furniture set and an outdoor area rug make a great space to entertain in the shade.Having a backyard space to enjoy is a luxury, but sometimes too much direct sunlight can ruin the outdoor experience. If you're experiencing too many sunbeams at inopportune times, there are plenty of backyard shade ideas to provide some extra cover and make your space more enjoyable.

Transform your outdoor space into a beautiful oasis with this Purple Leaf pergola. It can be used for entertaining al fresco dining or to keep flowers and vegetables from burning on hot summer days. The smooth aluminium frame is rust- and corrosion-resistant and is powder-coated for maximum outdoor durability. The white painted exterior makes the pergola more elegant and sophisticated, and the convertible canopy slides easily for optimal shade from the harsh sun. Push away the canopy and enjoy a day of sunbathing with family and friends.

This pergola was an experience to assemble. The instructions leave a lot to be desired. Also the unit is 10x10, BUT ONLY AT THE TOP. The base measurement from the center of each support to the next is only 97.83", not 10x12' or 120". In my case it worked out, but if you have to fit it over an area consider getting a 12x12, which would have worked fine for me. I also checked the interior dimensions in the description on Wayfair, and they were only of the top not the bottom. I believe that information should be changed. The unit itself, once assembled is beautiful, but you do need two people for assembly, especially if you can't drill into the concrete. The legs must be stable to attach the top units to them!! We did that job by laying them on the lawn, then putting them in concrete blocks, as you can see by the photo. Trying to do it while up is folly, unless you have four people holding up the cross bars while you screw in the bolts!! On YT it shows a guy assembling on the ground, smart! All in all this unit is good for the price, but measure and level, that's the trick. Good Luck and stay safe.. Cia. California. Sun Jun 25 2023

Thanks to the easy-to-follow assembly instructions, you'll be enjoying a cool drink in your new favorite outdoor living space in no time.

We have been using this for 2 years now. So this is a long term review. Assembly wasn't too difficult and my wife and I were able to do it without more help. Overall the quality is good and the paint has oxidized somewhat and there are some small rust spots but overall great. The shade is also good quality and very heavy duty. We're in Florida so I have to clean and pressure wash it every 6 months or so but it comes up pretty nice. We really like the ability to move the shade and the fixed louvers add separation from the rest of the backyard. Recommended.. T.j.. Tallahassee, FL. Sun Dec 15 2024

We got the 10x23 pergola and absolutely love it!! It came in 8 boxes, showed up on the day they said it would and the time frame quoted. We hired a guy to help us assemble it. It took my husband and him about 5 hours to put it all together. The instructions were pretty easy, some of the pictures were a little confusing but manageable to figure out. It feels really sturdy and looks beautiful on our deck. I can’t wait for spring or a nice warm day to use it!!. Lisa. Highlands Ranch, CO. Sun Dec 17 2023
