The person who delivered was amazing. Went out of his way to deliver to the right place. The pergola is finally up (family issues that delayed installment). Amazing. Strong. Practical. Great frame and covers. Would recommend this and the company. Joy. Newcastle-under-lyme, GB. Thu Aug 20 2026

Great quality, fairly easy to build solo. The retractable roof isn’t the hardest wearing, the poles broke through the ends quite quickly, and the plastic hoops to hang the roof from aren’t very good but overall happy.. Dan. Hailsham, GB. Tue Sep 29 2026

This garden pergola is a perfect choice for roses and climbing plants in your garden, patio or terrace. Constructed from wrought iron frame, the pergola is strong and durable enough to support climbing plants. The pretty ornaments give the garden arbour a romantic feel and add a great elegance to your porch or backyard. This lean-to pergola provides an ideal shade shelter for you in the summer when covering with plants. Additionally, it is also a lovely arbour for climbing vines like ivy, clematis, wisteria, grape vines, flowers, etc.

Does the job to which it’s intended. The instructions weren’t the best due to one diagram looking much like another piece and it ended up working out which piece went where! I built it is situ so didn’t need any help to move it into position otherwise you’d need at least two people to carry it. Overall the frame is sturdy except for the thin metal cross bars hence my rating of 4 stars. For the price it’s very good value and I’ve no regrets buying.. Bob Morgan’s. Herefordshire. The Quillen 4m x 3m Aluminium Pergola is a stylish and elegant covering for your garden. Made from sturdy aluminium, this lovely pergola provides shade for your patio and features an adjustable canopy.

It is an elegant piece and helped attain the perfect look for my patio style. I would highly recommend this product as its easy to construct and very effective as a design element. There were only minor issues I could think of, i.e. the holding magnet to the end rod could be more effective and the instructions for retractable canopy could be a bitter. Baring that its an absolute delight. (please see pictures below and let me know your thoughts). Chaitali. Orpington, GB. Thu May 24 2018

Are Pergolas Waterproof? Our Royalcraft Luxe Pergolas are rain-resistant rather than fully waterproof. Each pergola features a double-layer aluminium louvred roof that can be tilted or fully closed to provide protection from light to moderate rain. When the louvres are shut, rainwater is cleverly channelled through an integrated drainage system built into the frame, allowing it to flow down through the legs and away from your seating area. During heavier or prolonged rainfall, a small amount of water may enter through the joins — this is normal for louvred roof systems, which are designed for ventilation and year-round durability, not complete watertightness.

The Tallest of the PURPLE LEAF Pergolas: This creates a grand, open atmosphere with ample space for gatherings. It is perfect as a standalone piece or an extension for dining, outdoor furniture, hot tubs, or kitchens/bars.

This is great. Looks just like the picture. My only problem is that my patio doors are higher and I have a step to get to the patio. So the pergola is too low. So I had to build two brick columns to stand it on. Luckily i had some bricks and concrete, so I was able to fix this problem myself (65 f). Love it now. Cant wait to use it in the winter with a glass of wine.. Vivienne. Hull. Tue Oct 06 2026
