I gave this whole process 4 stars. The arch is wonderful, I’m really pleased with the product. Easy to assemble and looks good. Unfortunately the delivery service was shocking. After 3 days of waiting in and various emails phone calls the parcel was delivered. The lovely lady at Wayfair was very helpful but we were at the mercy of the delivery company who seemed very disorganised.
