The item is delivered flat-packed.

It’s hard choosing a product that you can’t try out first, so I’m really pleased I like this set. Looks great and fits perfect in the conservatory. It is comfy, the chairs more so than the sofa. Seems good quality, time will tell on longevity. Our cat loves it, it’s her new favourite sleeping space, although it’s a bit difficult getting the hairs of the cushion material. The only downside is that the way it was packaged, the seat cushions were creased indented in a couple of places at the front edge as you can see in the pictures.
