I gave this whole process 4 stars. The arch is wonderful, I’m really pleased with the product. Easy to assemble and looks good. Unfortunately the delivery service was shocking. After 3 days of waiting in and various emails phone calls the parcel was delivered. The lovely lady at Wayfair was very helpful but we were at the mercy of the delivery company who seemed very disorganised. The item was eventually delivered before the delivery window and left round the back of the house even though I was waiting in.. Helen. GB. Thu Aug 06 2026

This wooden arch comes complete with a pair of planters to create a wonderful garden feature. The arch is elegant and yet strong enough to support the most abundant of climbing plants such as honeysuckle, clematis or rambling roses. The planters come in a pair and if placed at the sides of the arch (as pictured) provide climbers with a great position to grow up and over, which can be used to create a doorway to a hidden part of the garden. Also included are 4 metal garden arch spikes which can be used to secure the arch firmly in place. When assembling, please drill pilot holes for the screws attaching the metal braces to the side panels, as the screws can shear if this is not done.
