The Norway birdhouse is colorful and cheerful: With its light yellow body, a gray base and gable as well as small color accents with white wooden slats, it is a real focal point in the garden. The look is rounded off by the matching, red glazed roof. The birdhouse is delivered fully assembled. Only the supplied, color -matched stand needs to be screwed on and the birdhouse can be set up. A matching Archie & Oscar plastic silo is also included. The silo is simply pushed into the removable chimney of the house and the feeding can begin!

Looks good and is larger than expected, however the legs are missing drilled holes to receive the screws to assemble it. 3 Customer service attempts were all lengthy, repetitive and remained unresolved as my time and mental health are more important than staying involved with a process designed to cause obfuscation As a result I may have to drill holes myself and risk damaging the legs customer service, appear to be overworked and trained to obfuscate, this is a Wayfair issue not a personnel issue. Wayfair and Archie and Oscar are a never again for me. The accompanying document ‘suggests’ that the item will need another staining before use. Seriously what now?. Anonymous. Fri Jan 31 2025

Spherical in shape it offers a larger cavity perfect for species of small garden birds who roost together. Offering a cosy place to roost during harsh winter months, plus in springtime, small birds may use this product as a nest. The fair trade bird nester has a sturdy inner frame for support. Attached hooks at the rear and a long loop at the top ensure you can fasten the nester securely. As a result, these make it easier to site the nester in the natural leaf cover and vegetation of ivy, bushes, trees or hedges. The nester has a small round entrance reinforced with steel. It is also slightly protruding to make it easy for birds to land and perch on. Position the bird nester in a sheltered space to keep out harsh weather. Preferably face the bird nester between north and south-east. A warm protected roosting space out of the prevailing wind can be a lifesaver for small birds during cold harsh weather condition.

Purchased 2 of these, 1 fuller & rounder & 1 longer & slightly thinner. Sited in my apple tree facing between North & South East as directed on instructions. Very very heavy and well made but haven't yet found a suitable place for it. Too big to go where I had in mind for the robins and we have magpies so the big opening would make them a little nervous without cover. Nice looking birdhouse and well built.. Jane.
