[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great!! I can finally sit outside on my rooftop patio in the rain!  You can do alot with a 12x16. I have two couches and two swivel chairs as well as a coffee table under it Took me one evening of sorting and assembling the beams about 4hrs  Full assembly one 12hr the next day 16hrs in total with two people for the roof.  Two people all day could probably do it in 6-8hrs  Only reason I gave it a 4star review was because the plastic, protective, coating on the roof panels is impossible to take off I took me a half an hour to peel off one whole panel. I said forget this and left the rest.  Idk why its not just grab one corner and rip off.  Its like peeling off cling wrap  I havent had any problems with it being on And my roof gets direct afternoon sun. Folding Gazebo 3 x 6 Gazebo Waterproof Stable Foldable Garden Tent 3 x 6 with 6 Side Walls, UV Protection 50+ Party Tent with 12 Ground Hooks 6 Ropes 6 Sand Bags Garden Gazebo for Market, Weddings

I would have given 0 stars but wasn't optional so had to give 1 star. This product is absolutely shocking and is not as stated in the product description. It is listed as waterproof which it 100% IS NOT. I had a party in it and during the party it began to rain and the rain poured in through the stitching, all the electrics I had in the gazebo for lights and music got water damaged and I ended up with a big bill for electrical repairs, I'm just glad no one was electricuted because of this manufacturing failing with the stitching. I made a complaint to Wayfair and sent pictures of the gaps in the stitching that the water poured through and sent pictures and was refused a return and refund as they claim it is not a manufacturing fault and is only water resistant, which means a shower of rain and it is not their responsibility. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING PRODUCT AND SHOCKING CUSTOMER CARE. I will be filing this complaint with the pictures to trading standards along with the screenshots of the gazebos description where it says 'WATERPROOF' ..... if you dare to buy this don't put electricals in there for lights or music cause if it rains you will end up with not only wet guests and all decorations and food ruined from water but a big bill for electrical repairs!!!. Once you have a good level foundation, putting the gazebo together is easy and the instructions are very clear. I also found one YouTube video of the build, which helped visualize everything and made it even easier. There were only a couple hiccups — a couple of the screws had messed up tips and would not go into the wood. We found the same type of screw at a hardware store. And the biggest issue was that one of the metal parts was not drilled all the way, they forgot one hole on one side. We did our best to drill through the metal but ultimately left it without one bolt. I think it will be fine. It’s not the sturdiest gazebo ever (the wood is very light), but it works perfectly in our space. Put together over two days, two people. We did need a couple extra people in the very beginning to help hold the initial poles in place while we connected and secured them.. Anna. Gaithersburg, MD. Mon Sep 23 2024

This barbecue pavilion was developed so that you can enjoy your barbecue time in the garden to the fullest. The 244x152cm rust resistant and powder coated steel construction supporting a weather resistant canopy not only protects your grill but also keeps you dry and cool while grilling. Never again risk standing in the rain while flipping your burger. The 2-tier roof helps vent smoke. Practical accessories such as hooks for grilling utensils and built-in shelves make it functional and attractive. With the easy-to-understand assembly instructions, you can enjoy a perfectly grilled steak in no time at all.

This is much more of a solid canopy than what we have had in the past and purchased to have roofing rather than a fabric canopy that often needs replacing. So glad we did after the reviews I read before purchasing. I rated 4 with the improvements they could make for their instructions on the set up, otherwise would have rated as a 5! I completed by myself but would recommend a second person for some areas. (Female with having power tools too! ) ) Here are my tips for set up 1. I sorted out all the nuts and bolts and added washer to bolt in zip lock bag per set up step and numbered it. ( inevitably you always end up with something missing but they have given a few extras. ) This helped with faster set up. 2. The steps for putting on the roof pieces are not clear of which side is up but you’ll want ridge side up. Use a short screwdriver to tighten middle sections of roof as needed rather than wrench. Easier! 3. Need a second person to help put the frame up for the middle braces before it is standing on its own. I used a strap to tie to my house of one side and a ladder to prop up the middle. Extra hands would be best. 4. I added inside roof light that can be easily hung from the hook that is provided. Does not come with purchase. Overall I’m very satisfied with this canopy so far and while it took a longer time to deliver, it was packaged very well on a small pallet that was attached to another pallet. 1 box so do leave specific delivery instructions or good to be present upon delivery and our driver easily placed in backyard where we needed it. Hope this helps! I’m anxious to see how it holds up in the winter but I think it will! Thank you!. Jennifer. Spokane, WA. Fri Nov 15 2024

Well update! It didnt make it through the last storm it visited my neighbors! So sad.... It did however last 6 months!. Michelle. IN. Sat Jan 02 2021

First let me say we like the gazebo. The big negative is the instruction sheet. It is the worse we have ever seen. Luckily we have built a gazebo before. It took two of us 2 1/2 hours to build it. The gazebo came in one box when delivered and weighed 90 lbs plus. Just be aware and good luck with the instructions!. Sheryl. Tecumseh, MI. Tue Sep 19 2023

Absolutely fabulous. So pleased with our gazebo! The finish product looks great, does exactly what we wanted, and gives a feel of having an extra room. Very modern. Although my only negative was the difficulty of putting it up. But saying that it was worth the trouble. Would definitely recommend.. Sophia. Bristol, GB. Mon Jan 11 2021
