The delivery service was great although the driver didn't ring half an hour before he arrived. It was delivered at 7:30am on the expected delivery date, the driver was helpful & friendly and drove the truck round to the back gate to make the drop off. The playhouse is lovely now it's built, although it did take a full day to build it. Save yourself some money and do not buy this item. Arrived missing parts, so I have not been able to put the slide on. The holes do not line up, and the screws will not go all the way through. It feels very flimsy and a complete waste of money. I am very disappointed.. Kate. Milton Keynes, GB. Mon Apr 28 2025
