If I could give no stars I would. I wanted a chair with a canopy to keep the sun off my face. This will do that as if you angle the canopy to protect your face it collapses onto you, smashing you in the face. My product arrived in the box damaged. When contacting Wayfair to ask for a replacement I was told I couldn't have one but could have replacement parts of a partial refund. As there were so many damaged elements I asked for a replacement. I was told I couldn't have one. In the end I accepted a partial refund hoping that the damage would largely be not visible once I had put the various parts together. However, once I tried to construct it was apparent that it had been sent with the front legs attached the wrong way around and this had caused very visible damage to the arms of the chair. I had to reset the legs. Once you attach the lower leg support you'd better not want to store your chair as it will not fold up. When I reported these issues after accepting the partial refund and asking to return I was told no. Appalling customer service. A birthday present I wish I'd never had.. Anonymous. Fri May 02 2025

A lovely chair, good shape, easy to put up and down. Pity it does not come with a cushion, and not possible to purchase one from you to fit, as the wooden slats are not very comfortable. Hope it is weatherproof as just been soaked by a heavy shower!. Gilly. Devon Gb. Thu Jul 23 2020

A great purchase , good delivery time , fairly easy to set up , needs two for some of the assembly . Im very happy with purchase , love the fact that cushioning is built in and I don’t have to worry about bulky cushion storage . I find it difficult to get onto the chair if the footrest is extended and difficult to pull the footrest out once sat on the chair but that could be more to do with my creaky bones rather than the chair itself . I did raise a slight concern with customer services and they were quick to respond and help rectify . Really happy , just now waiting for some sunshine. Susan. South Hetton Durham, GB. This comfortable, foldable garden lounger made of acacia hardwood is ideal for the pool, on the terrace, on the balcony, or on the beach. The lounger is also equipped with a swing function: the suspension automatically places the body weight in the correct position when rocking so that the body rests comfortably on the hammock-like surface. The footrest is removable, so you can also use the lounger as a practical garden chair. In addition, the lounger has a comfortable cushion.
