As described, images were true to product received. Looks good with quite a realistic slate effect and a relaxing water flow though it’s a very quiet sound. The cable is not very long limiting location options unless put on an extension lead. Had to place it very near a power source and right by a chair where you would or might hear some sound! Overall this is a lovely & really nice water feature. I took off a star as the plug is massive meaning i cant use it on my outdoor plug to keep the cover down when it's raining. It would of also been nice to have enough stones to cover all the base for the price. I would of liked the water to be a little louder as cant always hear it with noise road or neighbours. This high-quality ground spike is a must if you want to fix your water column in place. It can be attached to column bases with the nuts and bolts supplied to keep them stable in the ground. This water pump is totally hand operated, and very easy to use. By moving the handle up and down, water is pumped from the ground and will flow out from the tap. This hand pump can be easily installed. With a cast iron construction, it is robust and highly durable. The pump itself has a 38 mm (1 1/2") female fitting at the bottom, and a PVC pipe or a stainless steel pipe needs to be connected to the fitting (either through a male threaded fitting or with a hose connector) to divert water into the pump. For the price an absolute stunner which doubles as wall art when not in use. Easy to install and light weight. Pump is fit for purpose and flow can be adjusted. Ideally you’d remove the paint off the plastic hose before installation as that softens in water and comes off causing the pump to block up. Be warned, it’s not a twinkling of water or a babbling brook but more like a tap running. Not unpleasant though. I’m now looking for a remote controlled LED to pop in there too.. P. Ascot, GB.
