This large outdoor gas plancha has a sleek, modern look. Easy to use, the plancha has four 2.5kw stainless steel burners with piezo ignition. For use with low-pressure butane or propane, it requires an 8mm hose and either a 28-bar regulator for butane or a 37-bar regulator for propane. A healthy method of cooking, with four burners, you can create different heat zones on the huge griddle so you can cook a variety of ingredients at the same time. The fat drains through a hole in the griddle into a grease collection tray and can be removed from the side of the plancha for cleaning.

A side air valve assists for maximum air circulation control for grilling at high temperatures over long periods of time. The shell and drawer are easily removed and allow for easy cleaning.

I’ve had mine 3 years now. The cooking area is massive compared to my previous grills. This makes it perfect for offset cooking. Also, there is plenty of roo to cook pizza’s alongside the traditional steaks, burgers and sausages etc.. Controlling the heat is straightforward, I’ve successfully managed a consistent 200° for over 4 hours, the temp only dropping when I re-fuelled it. Because I offset cook, I can smoke food, although an option of a chimney on one side would have been good…. The door ar the front allows good access to top up the coals It’s extremely easy to clean, the grills come out using the lifting tool supplied and the trays contain the ashes well and the bottom tray collects all the ash and slides out for easy cleaning. The BBQ still look almost new, even after constant summer use with a family or 4 plus guests!!! I coat the outside with virgin olive oil before I wrap it up for winter. I am very pleased. This gas BBQ plancha has four 2.5kw stainless steel burners with piezo ignition, an enamelled steel cooking plate with a huge cooking area and a removable grease tray. Each of the gas burners can be controlled independently, allowing you to create different heat zones for cooking a variety of ingredients simultaneously. Simple to use and versatile, this plancha also provides a healthy way to cook as the food is seared with grease draining away into a removable grease tray. The trolley can easily be detached. It provides a sturdy platform and plenty of storage, with a large shelf and two side tables, together with a comfortable working height. Two wheels on one side allow the trolley to be manoeuvred with ease. The plancha can be used with either propane or butane, although we recommend propane as it burns hotter which is better for cooking.
