With this heavy-duty charcoal smoker, consisting of generous 1 big cooking chamber and a robust firebox, you can conveniently grill and smoke delicious meat, fish and vegetables. This characteristic charcoal barbecue works on wood and coal. To control ventilation there is a wooden handle on the cover (this way you won’t burn your hands). On the sides there are 2 working tables, also made of wood and a lower shelf which is handy to store your barbecue accessories. This charcoal barbecue has two wheels, these allow you to move the barbecue around.

I have not used the barbecue yet, but I must say it looks and sturdy; however, we could have done with better instructions about the different sizes of screws. they all looked the same and we had to swap several who were a tiny bit too long in their first location, but just right a bit later on; and vice versa. Each of the gas burners can be controlled independently, allowing you to create different heat zones for cooking a variety of ingredients simultaneously. Simple to use and versatile, this plancha also provides a healthy way to cook as the food is seared with grease draining away into a removable grease tray. The trolley can easily be detached. It provides a sturdy platform and plenty of storage, with a large shelf and two side tables, together with a comfortable working height. Two wheels on one side allow the trolley to be manoeuvred with ease. The plancha can be used with either propane or butane, although we recommend propane as it burns hotter which is better for cooking.
