This greenhouse is glazed with polycarbonate glazing which is a great alternative to glass. Polycarbonate is a plastic compound used in greenhouses because it is safe, strong and beneficial to plants. Polycarbonate is much safer than glass because it is 100% shatterproof. This makes it much safer for gardens used by children and pets. Polycarbonate also protects plants from harmful UV rays and burning in hot summer rays. This greenhouse is perfect for any garden providing a useful space to grow a variety of plants. Each greenhouse has twin-wall, eco-friendly 4mm thick polycarbonate glazing for an insulated environment. The free running, sliding door means space inside the constructions can be maximized and integral gutters help collect rainwater that can be used at your convenience. There is also a heavy duty galvanised zinc steel base to provide extra strength. All packs include fixtures, fittings and assembly instructions. For a lower priced product, this greenhouse is value for money. It was delivered in one box and, apart from one missing screw, came with everything needed for assembly with all clearly marked for easy identification. On the whole the instructions were clear with pictures to help with worded explanation. One part was a little confusing as stated needed 9 bolts but wasn't clear where. We found out where later in the process. Although slightly fidly to rectify, it wasn't too bad. The final product looks great and does what it is intended for. My only comment would be that Wayfair need to correct the greenhouse pictures as an image of the green greenhouse is on the grey details and vice versa. If you need a greenhouse and can't afford the more expensive ones available, give this one a go, for a weekend of effort and at a reasonable cost you will have a lovely little greenhouse. Paul. Very hard to put together. You have to screw it all together, but there is no second holes to screw the screws into. So you have to make sure you line every piece up correctly. Also there is a gap at the side of the door (door is not big enough) which is not ideal for a greenhouse. More Brown than grey. Whilst in my basket deciding on whether to purchase, the price went up twice from £101 to £108. Really not worth the price.
