My fire pit was delivered on Bank Holiday Monday with only two hours’ notice. The box arrived in a very damaged condition and, after opening it, I found that several parts were missing. I contacted your automated hotline, which was not helpful, and was told that replacement parts will take a further 10 days to arrive. (Still waiting on confirmation) This delay means I will now miss my deadline, as the fire pit was purchased specifically for a family BBQ the following weekend. This level of service is unacceptable.
