Disappointing, the description of the gazebo does not match the product or parts that make up the product. The steel is very thin and bends easily.

Found this out because there was various parts damaged and out of shape which meant they had to be re-shaped to fit together. This was easily done with a pair of pliers because the steel was so thin. Unfortunately this resulted in scratching the paintwork which leaves the metal open to the elements. At various points when building the gazebo I stopped and thought about packing it back up and returning it, but thought it would be easier to carry on and hope it would be ok when its finished and all nuts and bolts tightened up, after all I could live with the parts that I had to fix. The frame is so flimsy and moves about easily when touched even with the canopy on and all tightened up. The canopy is not a very good fit and the velcro straps do not reach the frame to wrap around. I had to fix to the frame with cable ties. Only good thing is, it looks good once up but the canopy/frame will not withstand any gentle breeze which any gazebo should be able to withstand before heavy winds when the canopy should be removed anyway. I did get in touch with wayfair about my concerns and received a substantial discount to keep the product, but if i knew how poor quality it was beforehand I would never have bought it even at the discounted price. I have secured it my own way so it doesn't move about as much and will remove the canopy when not in use. Hopefully it will last the summer/autumn at which point I will probably look at replacing it with a stronger gazebo.
All in all a disappointing purchase but this is nothing against wayfair, more towards the product. Wayfair customer service is superb and stands out from other companies and I look forward to future purchases from them.. Tina. Sunderland, GB. Sat Mar 06 2021
