Nothing compares to the natural beauty and aesthetic appeal of the cedar wood in the Ottawa Gazebo. With a galvanised steel roofing structure, the whole unit is naturally resistant to the weather, rot and decay - the double roof adds a secure layer that water cannot pass through, leaving you and your furniture perfectly dry and withstanding the elements while maintaining its beauty over time. The wood has a yellow-brown hue with natural variation in the grain and would look at home on any patio against any backdrop.

Truly beautiful though time consuming to put up. Maria. Dungannon, GB. Mon Jul 13 2026

My parking space is surrounded by fence on three sides and sits under an apple tree. After experiencing one round of severe hail damage and suffering through another fall of my car being pelted by apples, I began the quest for a carport and landed on this Sunjoy model. I couldn't be happier. At 20 feet long, it covers my entire Q7, and the width was perfect for my parking space. I can definitely open the car doors on both sides, and parking between the posts is no problem. Speaking of posts, our handyman built concrete bases for the posts because of the slope of the space. One other thing to know: in the blueprint on page 4, the distance from post to post is actually 227 inches (not 229.13 as stated in the book.) It took under two days for two people to construct it, and we're very happy with how it looks. Highly recommend!. Kim. Denver, CO. Thu Jan 02 2025

Took 2 days but 3-4 people, need to make sure you level and check diagonals at all times (luckily my dad knew these things) hardest part and time consuming part is the roof shingles instillation, someone needs to not be afraid of heights and on sit on the roof. It looks amazing when built, quality materials, great company. Love it. Samantha H. Sun Jun 05 2022

We ordered the 5x3 mtr lean to gazebo, so not a small structure! The delivery was excellent, they kept us informed of delivery time, so we were prepared, they had waterproof cover for everything, so it was not left out in the elements. Thoughtfulness throughout. Everything was good quality, clear instructions. My husband is 76, and not a builder, rather he was an engineer, so this was a big job to tackle on his own. The only time he asked for help was to lift the front, so he could attach the beams to the wall mounting, it took four men to lift and hold the front upright, whilst he fixed the beams. Apart from that he did everything himself, making sure at all times everything was square and level. He did a fantastic job! I am beyond pleased with the result. It took him 9 days to build, and put the roofing tiles on, and then we had to wait as he ordered the lead etc which was the very last task. A point to note , everything you need to build the gazebo is there, apart from the lead, filler, wall bolts and patio fixing bolts. The hard wear that is with the gazebo kit, is counted so exactly the right amount is there, no extras, so be careful, dont loose, or misplace anything! We have ended up with an amazing gazebo, so much usable space now to eat outside, sit and relax, we absolutely love it, and have had so many compliments from friends and neighbours! I cannot fault Dunster House, from ordering advice, delivery and quality of the actual wood , everything is first class!. Tessa B. Wed Jul 24 2024

The frame is solidly constructed from strong powder-coated steel, and is therefore resistant to rust and very stable. NOTE: This product should NEVER be used under bad weather, such as strong wind, heavy rain, snow, storm, etc.

Just purchased this & put it together by myself. I bought this particular one because I liked it had the rails where all around the gazebo instead of just the corners. It was pretty easy to assemble & only took me a few hours. I had the whole bottom frame assembled then started on the top. One of the posts from the top was bent. You cant just get another one shipped to you & they only offer you a partial refund for it which I didnt bother. So I'm stuck with it. Also got to the point of putting the canopy on & it was easy until I got to the the last part. I couldn't get it to stretch on to it so I had to wait till my husband got home & he struggled with it too but FINALLY got it on without ripping it. I have mine on my cement patio by our pool & all in all it's a beautiful gazebo for the price & I would definitely recommend buying it. . Denise. Wellington, OH. Mon Jun 08 2020

This garden gazebo is ideal for any outdoor event, such as shows, weddings, parties, BBQs, festivals and more. You can also install it in your backyard as a large sunshade retreat for your family and guests. The gazebo is made of powder-coated steel. Hence, it is very sturdy and durable. Our gazebo has double roofs. Also, it is made of 100% polyester with PA coating for cover, which is water-resistant. You can also remove it for washing or storage while not in use. This gazebo is easy to assemble.

This is a very stylish looking gazebo and looks great. It's also really easy to put together. Although the instructions are designed around 2 people assembling it, if you assemble the parts on their side on the floor then you can assemble it on your own - it's a little difficult when attaching the overhead cross members - but it can be done. I chose this particular gazebo myself because it looked like the fabric stretched really tight around the seams, and I hoped therefore it was less likely to leak water on a wet day. However, the fabric itself turned out to not be completely waterproof, and water did still pool (less a cup full, but still enough to be annoying) and leak through where the fabric was attached to the cross-members. You could also see daylight through holes were stitching was allowing yet more water through. I would definitely consider treating with some spray-on waterproofing agent first - even then, when it rains really hard to put a cheap tarpaulin over the top and that solves the problem. Given those deficiencies I would say it was good quality, but if you want to use it in wet weather then it is over-priced...but a lot better quality than the under £100 gazebos you can get from B&Q and other places. Note that mine was erected on concrete allowing me to secure it with screws in each corner - this made it super-solid - I cannot comment on how it would be if it was attached by tent pegs - but for me it was great because it didn't need any stay-ropes which can cause extra obstructions beyond the 3m x 3m frame. Chris. Coventry, GB. Sat Oct 10 2020

Ebtissem. Plochingen, DE. Mon Feb 14 2022

Disappointing, the description of the gazebo does not match the product or parts that make up the product. The steel is very thin and bends easily. This is a quote from the description'The frame is strong and stable thanks to its all-steel construction' this is misleading as the frame is not strong and most definitely not stable. Found this out because there was various parts damaged and out of shape which meant they had to be re-shaped to fit together. This was easily done with a pair of pliers because the steel was so thin. Unfortunately this resulted in scratching the paintwork which leaves the metal open to the elements. At various points when building the gazebo I stopped and thought about packing it back up and returning it, but thought it would be easier to carry on and hope it would be ok when its finished and all nuts and bolts tightened up, after all I could live with the parts that I had to fix. The frame is so flimsy and moves about easily when touched even with the canopy on and all tightened up. The canopy is not a very good fit and the velcro straps do not reach the frame to wrap around. I had to fix to the frame with cable ties. Only good thing is, it looks good once up but the canopy/frame will not withstand any gentle breeze which any gazebo should be able to withstand before heavy winds when the canopy should be removed anyway. I did get in touch with wayfair about my concerns and received a substantial discount to keep the product, but if i knew how poor quality it was beforehand I would never have bought it even at the discounted price. I have secured it my own way so it doesn't move about as much and will remove the canopy when not in use. Hopefully it will last the summer/autumn at which point I will probably look at replacing it with a stronger gazebo. All in all a disappointing purchase but this is nothing against wayfair, more towards the product. Wayfair customer service is superb and stands out from other companies and I look forward to future purchases from them.. Tina. Sunderland, GB. Sun Mar 07 2021

This gazebo is easy to assemble. NOTE: This product should NEVER be used under bad weather, such as strong wind, heavy rain, snow, storm, etc.

Really great item. I needed to replace the previous gazebo and this is perfect size for our garden. It was well packaged and with swift delivery. Instructions are quite easy to follow. My only downside is the cover would be much better if water proof not just shower proof. It would be so much better if waterproof canopy.. Geraldine Headon. Weston-super-mare. Wed Apr 26 2023
