Nice greenhouse but got so far and had to ask a friend, who’s an engineer, to help as instructions just pictures and not clear. Built a base with black grids and pea gravel. Hammered ballast stakes into ground and drilled holes in frame. Secured with metal angles pieces. My only disappointment is the window does work on 5 angled options, there is nothing for the holes in the latch to sit on to support the open window. This generously sized wooden framed coldframe provides a place for plants to be hardened off in spring prior to planting out, and to be protected from frosts in the evening and morning in the autumn. Made from a stained wood frame with twin walled polycarbonate sheets, the coldframe comes flat packed and required home assembly. It has a hinged opening top for easy access to plants and has no base so that water can drain freely when the contents are irrigated.

A nicely produced hardwood kit which took me one hour to build inside the lounge for ease of comfort. I studied the instructions, read them twice, overnight, and went to build with no problems. The allen key with its hard edges can make your fingers and hand a bit sore- but no gain without pain! I am very pleased with the greenhouse and it seems a shame to put it outside! They recommend that you install it on a solid surface such as a poured concrete floor and then anchor it to the ground in order to prevent wind damage. This product comes with a base frame. Set up your greenhouse on a flat surface. If possible, put it in a sunny spot away from trees that could cut out the light.
